Windruff Construction currently has homes available for our Aspenwood Estates community. We are an award-winning construction company that is licensed and insured (of course!) with over 30 years of experience, allowing our clients to enjoy the peace of mind that only comes from working with people you know are experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing you with a home and community that you can enjoy for many years to come.
All of our homes can be customized to your needs. We offer two standard home designs: Bristol and Chardonnay. But if these aren’t for you, or they’re not quite right, we can build both semi-custom and custom patio homes for you instead.
Aspenwood Estates
Aspenwood Estates is Windruff Construction’s newest community. This extremely quaint, 16 unit, custom patio home community offers a little more space with slightly larger lots, larger streets, and less homes. This allows for a small community feel that’s spread out a little more. Located in west Roy city, this community gives you that rural, quiet atmosphere while still being less than 10 min from everything you need.
